Zusammenfassung

Vontier is seeking an experienced transformation leader to own governance and execution quality across its chartered value-stream transformations. You will translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters, assign capacity, establish baselines, and remove cross-functional barriers to deliver measurable KPI improvements.

You will mentor VBSLs, run weekly reviews with transparent reporting, and ensure risk visibility, sponsor engagement, and capability transfer.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive experience in relevant business, operational, or functional field with lean transformation background.
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Experience mentoring transformation leaders and influencing senior sponsors.
• Demonstrated financial judgment and ability to adapt methods across varied business conditions.
• Expert value-stream transformation and Lean thinking; proficient problem solving, growth thinking, and change leadership; competent strategy execution, 80/20 thinking, financial judgment, data judgment, and development of others.
• Willingness to travel regularly (30-40%) across a global operating company portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Partner with presidents, GMs, VBS Business Partners, and sponsors to define transformation charters.
• Require explicit outcomes, baselines, sponsors, business owners, authority envelopes, resources, risks, and exit criteria before launch.
• Recommend portfolio priorities and start/stop/continue decisions based on enterprise value and readiness.
• Assign VBSLs and other support against approved transformations.
• Establish weekly transformation reviews and transparent health reporting covering milestones, blockers, decisions, Finance validation, and capability transfer.
• Mentor VBSLs in systems thinking, Gemba-based learning, structured problem solving, stakeholder influence, and business judgment.
• Pressure-test root cause, countermeasures, benefits logic, sponsor engagement, and local ownership.
• Remove or escape cross-functional barriers that cannot be resolved within the assignment.
• Ensure transformation methods fit the problem rather than forcing a preferred tool.
• Capture field learning and improve enterprise transformation standards and charters.
