Job summary

Vontier is seeking an experienced leader to own governance and execution quality across its chartered value-stream transformations. You will translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters, coach VBSLs, establish baselines, and remove barriers to deliver measurable transformation across a global portfolio.

You will mentor leaders, drive weekly reviews, and ensure capabilities transfer as central capacity moves to new priorities.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in business, operational, or functional roles with lean transformation background.
• Proven enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methodologies.
• Leadership of complex, cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% globally.

Responsibilities

• Define transformation charters with explicit outcomes, baselines, sponsors, resources, risks, and exit criteria.
• Lead weekly transformation reviews and transparent health reporting on milestones and decisions.
• Mentor VBSLs in systems thinking, problem solving, and business judgment.
• Establish governance, charter quality, and KPI-driven transformation across the portfolio.
• Remove barriers and ensure methods fit the problem rather than tool bias.
