You will translate enterprise priorities into KPI-backed charters, assign and coach capacity, and ensure baseline verification and financial validation.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in relevant business, operational, or functional field with strong background in lean transformation.
• Proven track record in enterprise transformation and business turnaround using lean methodologies.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex, cross-functional transformations with measurable outcomes.
• Demonstrated financial judgment and ability to adapt methods across varied business conditions.
• Willingness to travel regularly (30-40%) across a global operating company portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and execution quality across Vontier's portfolio of chartered value-stream transformations.
• Define transformation charters with presidents, GMs, and sponsors; establish baselines and outcomes.
• Assign VBSLs and other support against approved transformations; mentor in lean thinking and problem solving.
• Establish weekly transformation reviews and transparent health reporting; remove cross-functional barriers.
• Capture field learning and improve enterprise transformation standards and charters.
