Job summary

You will partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, oversee initiative execution, and measure outcomes to deliver enterprise value.

In this role you will coordinate delivery across product teams, develop schedules and budgets, maintain artifacts, and ensure clear stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, IT or related field required.
• 5 years of project delivery experience and 5 years in client relationships required.
• PMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic planning, governance, and performance for an assigned portfolio.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities and prioritize investments.
• Oversee initiative execution, manage risks and dependencies, and measure outcomes.
• Coordinate delivery across product teams and maintain updated artifacts and schedules.
• Develop budgets, manage profitability, and ensure timely stakeholder communication.
• Escalate delivery challenges to management and ensure alignment with scope.
