Job summary

Modernizing Medicine, Inc. seeks a Director of Enterprise Transformation to drive the enterprise maturity program and governance across functions. You will align stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure disciplined execution of strategic initiatives to support growth.

You will partner with executives to refine roadmaps, create integrated master plans, and deliver regular updates. The role emphasizes strong governance, change management, and collaboration across Finance, Legal, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise PMO or transformation leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• 3+ years of management consulting or similar at a Big Four or top-tier firm (preferred).
• Experience with private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations with mature governance and compliance.
• Strong ability to translate roadmaps into integrated master plans and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Refine and drive the enterprise maturity roadmap across all functions.
• Establish program governance, steering committees, and operating cadence.
• Define workstreams, milestones, owners, dependencies and success metrics.
• Maintain the integrated master plan and critical path; identify risks and mitigation.
• Provide executive reporting, dashboarding, and board-level updates.
