Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Director of Enterprise Transformation Strategy to identify and direct a portfolio of strategic projects across the organization. You will lead teams in a heavily matrixed environment and influence senior leaders to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in consulting or consulting-like roles in corporate environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform management responsibilities including hiring, coaching, performance management and staff productivity.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations of the department; develop policies and programs; may have budgetary responsibility.
• Drive P&L and strategic value for the enterprise through the portfolio of projects; identify, scope, prioritize, and deliver large- and small-scale consulting projects.
• Own engagement deliverables, resources and outcomes within the portfolio.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across the organization to achieve strategic objectives.
• Execute on transformation initiatives leveraging technology and data-driven insights.
