Responsibilities

• Guide solutioning for transformation initiatives and align with enterprise goals.
• Oversee day-to-day project delivery with two teams of 1–3 members each.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and engage Transformation Office.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders to support project success.
• Develop workplans, define delivery approaches, and scope projects.
• Coach Leads, Consultants, and Analysts to grow capability.
