Job summary

ModMed seeks a strategic Director, PMO to drive enterprise maturity and governance across functions. You will refine roadmaps, establish governance, and coordinate cross-functional execution to scale a high-growth organization.

You will partner with executives, manage risks and budgets, and drive change initiatives, preparing for major milestones with strong communication at the board level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of enterprise PMO or transformation leadership experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience with private equity-backed or publicly traded organizations and mature governance and reporting.
• Strong leadership, governance, and executive-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Refine and drive the enterprise maturity roadmap across functional areas.
• Establish program governance, steering committees, and operating cadence.
• Define workstreams, milestones, ownership, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Maintain an integrated master plan and critical path; manage risks and budgets.
• Provide executive reporting and board-ready updates; coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
