GlobalSource IT, Inc. is seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, operation, and modernization of its enterprise applications portfolio across manufacturing sites and corporate operations.

Reporting to the CIO, this role will own ERP, PLM, MES, and related systems, guiding cloud migrations, data integration, and application modernization while aligning IT investments with strategic business goals and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

10+ years leading enterprise applications or IT leadership.
Broad portfolio ownership beyond a single ERP platform.
Experience in manufacturing/aerospace/defense environments.
Strong ERP background (Oracle EBS/Deltek Costpoint).
Experience with PLM/MES and related engineering apps.
Ability to align IT investments with business goals.
Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external service providers.
Proven ability to build and develop technical teams.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise applications strategy, roadmap, delivery, and operations across sites.
Lead ERP, PLM, MES, engineering, and finance applications.
Partner with CIO and executives to align priorities with business goals.
Evaluate consolidation, modernization, and cloud migration opportunities.
Establish governance, metrics, and continuous improvement practices.
Oversee system migrations during corporate separation and transition planning.
Build a lean enterprise applications organization and scalable operating models.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and performance SLAs.
Ensure regulatory, security, and government contracting compliance.
