Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a high-impact Director, Search and Visibility to define a global-to-local SEO, GEO and AEO roadmap. You will lead strategy, governance and execution across business lines, engaging senior executives and shaping a data-driven discovery program in a matrixed organization.

You will drive visibility across AI-driven search, champion governance, and mentor a cross-functional team to deliver enterprise-wide outcomes with measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SEO experience across technical, content, and enterprise execution.
• 3+ years leading teams and scaling across multiple markets.
• Strong knowledge of GEO and AEO with executive-facing storytelling.
• Proficient in web analytics and enterprise SEO tools.
• Ability to translate complex findings into clear narratives for senior leaders.
• Experience presenting to executives and guiding high-stakes decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set an enterprise SEO, GEO and AEO vision across business lines and markets.
• Develop a multi-year roadmap and governance framework for discovery.
• Lead a Center of Excellence, define standards and measurement across markets.
• Build and develop teams, manage agency resources, and coach talent.
• Partner with marketing, editorial and product teams to integrate SEO into plans.
