Job summary
Travere Therapeutics, San Diego, is seeking a Director, Enterprise Infrastructure Engineering & Operations to lead our modern workplace and core infrastructure. You will own architecture, engineering, modernization, and reliable operation of Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoints, cloud and hybrid infra, networking, compute and storage.
The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic vision, guiding a small team and managed partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- 7+ years leading technical teams and enterprise platform capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise roadmaps for modern workplace and cloud infrastructure.
- Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure solutions.
- Modernize platforms for reliability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Establish standards with Cyber Security, Risk and Quality teams.
- Lead and develop engineers and oversee vendors with clear SLAs and outcomes.
- Collaborate with application, data, AI, security, and business teams to deliver scalable platforms.
