Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT or engineering.
• 15+ years in enterprise infrastructure, platform engineering, cloud, and operations.
• 7+ years leading technical teams and managing budgets and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute roadmaps, standards, and lifecycle plans for modern workplace and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, configure, automate, implement, and troubleshoot complex infrastructure and workplace solutions.
• Modernize platforms for reliability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Establish standards with Cyber Security, Risk, and Quality partners.
• Lead engineers and manage vendors with clear SLAs and outcomes.
• Collaborate with product, data, AI, security, and business teams to implement secure platforms.
• Manage budgets, licensing, contracts, and investment priorities; communicate roadmaps to executives.
