Job summary

This role collaborates with IT, Cybersecurity, and business units to promote AI adoption while adhering to GxP, GDPR, and HIPAA; requires 8+ years in AI/ML and deployment of production AI.

Qualifications

• Requires 8+ years in AI/ML or software engineering.
• At least 4 years deploying production-grade agentic AI systems and LLM applications.
• Experience with regulated environments and AI governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of Acadia's enterprise AI platform.
• Architect multi-agent systems and reusable templates.
• Implement self-service RAG solutions and governance.
• Ensure AI safety, compliance, and regulatory alignment (GxP, GDPR, HIPAA).
