CVS Health is seeking an experienced Agile leader to drive enterprise delivery of complex technology initiatives and nurture cross-functional collaboration. The role focuses on implementing Agile practices at scale, guiding Scrum Masters, Program Managers, and product teams, and shaping strategy with executive stakeholders.

The position oversees substantial budgets and staffing for a major transformation across Medicare and strategic programs, with a hybrid work approach in multiple locations.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of professional experience, including 3-5 years in people management with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
• Strong execution and delivery skills, with planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methods.
• Ability to influence enterprise strategy and lead large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Mastery of problem-solving, decision-making, and growth mindset principles.
• Experience with innovation management and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per roadmap.
• Drive productivity, time-to-market improvements, and cross-functional collaboration.
