Bradley University seeks a strategic, technology-focused leader to serve as Director of Enrollment Technology and Operations. This role oversees Slate, data governance, and operational systems to support undergraduate, transfer, graduate, international, and online enrollment.

The Director leads a cross-functional team, partners with Admissions, IT, and academic colleges, and drives automation and process improvements to enhance the student experience and enrollment outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in enrollment management, higher education technology, CRM administration, or enrollment operations.
• Experience administering or supporting a CRM or enterprise system (Slate preferred).
• Experience with SQL, HTML, CSS, APIs, or related web technologies for CRM development and integration.
• Proven track record leading staff, projects, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-quality skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enrollment technology, operations, systems, and data infrastructure.
• Lead the administration, configuration, development, and maintenance of Slate.
• Manage data governance, reporting, and analytics for recruitment and enrollment.
• Oversee enrollment operations from prospect to enrollment, optimizing processes.
• Lead and develop staff, set priorities, and foster a culture of service and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with IT, colleges, and enrollment partners to align technology with goals.
