• Strong organizational, planning, and leadership abilities.
• Experience managing operations with strong customer service.
• Knowledge of information technology trends and practices.

Responsabilités

• Establish the vision and strategy for networking, telecommunications, and system administration teams to meet university needs.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Network/Communications and System Administration staff.
• Develop and manage complete project schedules with timelines and milestones.
• Represent IT on governance committees and assist in IT Strategic Roadmap development.
• Collaborate with CISO to ensure security compliance across infrastructure.
