Job summary

Wheaton College Massachusetts is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management Information Systems to oversee Banner systems supporting the Office of Student Financial Services, and to coordinate data migrations within Enrollment Management.

This role reports to the Associate Vice President of Enrollment and collaborates with Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid and the Business Office to translate business needs into reliable data integrations and reporting solutions for tactical and strategic

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in application development or integration teams.
• Direct experience with Ellucian Banner.
• Strong SQL skills with complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with system integration projects.
• Familiarity with scripting or programming languages.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
