Job summary

Hope College Admissions is seeking an analytical leader to serve as Associate Director of Enrollment Data and Systems. You will design, implement, and maintain admissions data, Slate configurations, and reporting across the enrollment funnel.

You will supervise staff, oversee integration with Banner, manage data integrity, and collaborate across campus on data practices that support enrollment decisions. Occasional evenings or weekend work during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years maintaining data management systems and creating policies.
• Experience with Slate, Banner, and Tableau or Google Data Studio preferred. Training is provided.
• Ability to work with systems administrators and programmers.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day Slate configuration including fields, prompts, rules, and dashboards.
• Manages Slate users and permissions.
• Builds and maintains Slate rules, portals, and integrations.
• Leads Slate data and workflow management for Hope Forward.
• Provides strategic data analytics direction for Admissions.
• Oversees reports for territory management and recruiter activity.
• Ensures data integrity, FERPA compliance, and retention policies.
