Job summary

Qu is seeking a seasoned VP of Engineering Program Management to lead global process and program optimization across Product & Engineering. You will own release management, define intake and triage, and establish incident protocols to ensure rapid, reliable software delivery for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in process and program management within a software development environment, preferably in a POS or related industry.
• Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, with hands-on experience in Scrum and other Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Release Management: drive tools and processes to accelerate release cycles and improve customer communication around updates.
• Process Redefinition and Implementation: create intake/triage, incident management, and accountability mechanisms with standardized practices.
• Agile Best Practices: promote cohesive Agile adoption across software teams and mentor teams on Agile methodologies.
