Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Program Management to lead the PMO across new product development and launch programs. You will build and guide a team of Technical Program Managers, owning portfolio prioritization, governance, risk, and executive-level reporting.

You will coach TPMs, intervene on at-risk programs, and align engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams with executive staff on program health and decisions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of technical program or project management experience, including 5+ years in people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and grow the Strategic Program Management Office with TPMs.
• Develop and enforce a consistent program management methodology and cadence.
• Own the portfolio-level view of active launch programs and roadmaps.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, finance, and commercial leadership.
• Establish and run the executive program review cadence with data-driven status updates.
• Identify at-risk programs and drive recovery plans across functions.
• Develop and track KPIs (schedule, cost, quality, scope) for programs.
• Champion change management as Agility scales from prototype to high-volume production.
• Manage program budgets and resource allocation with Finance.
• Represent PMO in strategic planning and annual operating planning.
