Qualifications

• 10+ years in process and program management in software.
• Experience leading scalable teams in fast-paced settings.
• Deep Agile expertise including Scrum.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive tools and processes for faster release management.
• Improve transparency of software releases to customers.
• Build a small team to manage release activities.
• Streamline intake and triage for feature requests and bugs.
• Establish incident management protocols for production issues.
• Ensure standardized processes and accountability.
• Mentor teams on Agile methodologies and best practices.
