• Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive software development and leadership experience.

• Define SDLC standards, code quality, security, and release management processes.
• Strengthen CI/CD pipelines, testing, environment management, and deployment readiness.
• Translate tech strategy into executable development plans and roadmaps.
• Drive engineering KPIs and data-driven improvement across delivery teams.
