Ladders is seeking a Staff Program Manager to lead end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives within the Enterprise Technology space. This remote role emphasizes building scalable operating models, improving visibility, collaboration, and decision-making across the organization.

You will drive AI-forward, builder-oriented methods to optimize how programs are run, reported, and continuously improved, strengthening inter-team coordination and initiative outcomes.

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will drive end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives that span multiple teams and require strong sequencing, judgment, and follow-through.

You will build scalable operating approaches where standard playbooks do not apply, while strengthening visibility, collaboration, and decision-making across the organization.

The position also calls for an AI-forward, builder-oriented mindset to improve how programs are run, reported, and continuously optimized.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $140,000 – $170,000 annually
