This relationship-driven, entrepreneurial role offers $100,000–$150,000 total compensation, with comprehensive medical and dental insurance and generous PTO. You’ll operate with visibility and impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3–8+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, business development, relationship management, sales, or related field.
• Proactively sourcing talent and building a passive candidate pipeline.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with executives and professionals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective sales executives through networking, referrals, direct outreach, events, professional organizations, and other sourcing strategies.
• Establish and nurture relationships with business leaders, executives, community professionals, and referral partners to generate recruiting opportunities.
• Conduct meaningful conversations with prospective candidates to understand career goals and fit.
• Partner with sales executives to identify staffing and growth needs and proactively develop talent.
• Guide candidates through career exploration and recruiting process, maintaining long-term relationships.
