Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 15–20 years of electrical engineering experience with at least five years in leadership.
• Experience with MV and HV systems (e.g., switchgear, motor control centers, protective relaying, transformers).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills across levels.
• Experience leading technical teams through project lifecycles.
