Reworld is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Design Engineering team across North America. You will oversee high- to low-voltage systems, drive capital projects, and mentor SMEs while partnering with site/regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of electrical engineering experience with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience with MV and HV systems in large industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design engineering for capital projects.
• Manage, prioritize, and assign work across the Electrical Engineering team and SMEs.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards library.
• Provide engineering support to operations and external partners.
• Lead feasibility studies and front-end design activities for capital projects.
