Job summary

Reworld is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Design Engineering team across North America. You will oversee electrical infrastructure design from high to low voltage, manage capital projects, and contribute to long-term asset planning. The role requires collaboration with site/regional teams, budgeting, and mentorship of SMEs.

Qualifications

• 15-20 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
• At least five years of leadership experience.
• Experience with MV and HV systems (switchgear, transformers, relaying).
• Experience across the project execution lifecycle: concept design to start-ups.

Responsibilities

• Lead Electrical Design Engineering team across high/medium/low voltage systems.
• Manage capital projects and technical programs for electrical infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards and libraries.
• Provide engineering support to operations and coordinate with external partners.
