Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the Electrical Design Engineering team across North America. You will oversee design for high and medium voltage systems, coordinate capital projects, and mentor SMEs while collaborating with site teams and vendors.

Travel about 30% is expected. The ideal candidate has 15–20 years in electrical engineering with leadership experience and a PE license is highly desired; a strong track record in capital project execution is

Qualifications

• 15–20 years of electrical engineering experience, with at least five years in leadership.
• Experience with MV and HV systems and electrical design across industrial facilities.
• Experience across project lifecycle: concept, construction, commissioning, start-ups.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage Electrical Design Engineering team.
• Lead electrical infrastructure design for capital projects.
• Develop and maintain electrical design standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Lead FEL activities and mentoring.
