Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design for large-scale data center projects in the United States. You will drive engineering initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers, guiding projects from concept through commissioning.

Travel up to 25% is expected as projects evolve. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and adherence to NEC/NERC/IEEE standards, with strong focus on cost optimization and collaboration

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Professional Engineering license in any US state.
• 10+ years of experience in design and construction for electrical engineering in data centers preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design initiatives aligned with strategic goals for data center projects.
• Drive processes, equipment, and standards development for data center deployments.
• Lead Electrical Design reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coordinate phases from conceptual design to commissioning and hand-off.
• Provide project leadership for engineers and contractors, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development.
