Job summary

Vantage seeks a driven Director of Electrical Engineering to lead data center electrical design and development across current and future projects. You will oversee electrical aspects of product development and ensure alignment with corporate objectives while collaborating with sales, operations, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in electrical design and construction, 8+ years in leadership, and a US PE license. Extensive data center experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
• US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) license strongly preferred.
• 8+ years in engineering management or leadership roles required.
• 15+ years in electrical design and construction; 20+ years preferred.
• Data center design and North American project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision for design and engineering initiatives for data centers.
• Lead multi-project engineering teams, balancing budget and schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet business goals.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and mentor engineering staff.
• Stay current with codes, standards, and emerging technologies.
