Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a Director of Driver (supply) Growth to lead driver acquisition strategy, forecasting, and onboarding across multiple yards.

This role requires coordinating with Operations, Finance, Recruiting, and HR to ensure scalable growth while maintaining cost controls. You will partner with senior leaders in a high‑pressure environment, managing budgets and KPIs and driving cross‑functional collaboration to improve efficiency and the candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in statistics, HR, economics, or MBA.
• 10+ years of domain experience including workforce planning with cross-team work.
• Experience supporting and influencing senior executives.
• Experience setting technical requirements for process automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to dive into data.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment with analytical rigor and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a driver acquisition strategy to scale the driver base.
• Forecasting and Budget Oversight: Forecast driver needs and manage campaigns within budgets.
• End-to-End Process Ownership: Oversee driver lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding.
• Performance Metrics and Visibility: Track KPIs and report to leadership.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competition to attract drivers and outperform rivals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align growth strategies with other departments.
