Job summary

The Seattle YMCA is seeking a Director of Storytelling & Donor Impact Communications. This role involves leading creative strategy and producing compelling narratives that showcase the impact of philanthropy.

Situated within the Financial Development division, candidates will be tasked to align messaging with fundraising needs, working collaboratively with various teams to enhance donor engagement and community impact.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of related experience.
• Experience supervising staff and working with volunteers.
• Ability to produce quality written and verbal communications.
• Excellent computer skills including word processing and databases.

Responsibilities

• Lead storytelling and creative content strategy.
• Produce written and multimedia content for donor communications.
• Manage concurrent storytelling and production projects.
