Seattle Children’s Hospital is seeking a Director of Donor and Leadership Relations to inspire long‑term donor engagement and strategic giving. You will connect philanthropy, executive leadership, marketing and donor teams to elevate the donor experience at every touchpoint.

You will lead campaign communications strategy, partner with Donor Experience leadership, MarComm, CDO and CEO to support board engagement and leadership events, and model a culture of philanthropy across the organization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in a fundraising environment or non‑profit organization.
• Minimum 5 years management experience, including staff supervision and budget preparation/monitoring.

Mansioni

• Program development and personnel management.
• Endowment and key fund reporting, acknowledgment, and donor impact reporting.
• Collaborate with staff across the organization to align Donor and Leadership Relations with Donor Experience objectives and fundraising goals.
• Supervise staff and contract vendors.
