Job summary

Motorola Solutions, including its Silvus Technologies division, is seeking a Director of Sales, Department of War (DoW) to drive sales of MIMO-MANET products to U.S. DoW customers. This role reports to the North America Senior Director of Sales and may be remote depending on location.

Ideal candidates will have DoD market experience, a strong capture-management background, and a U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a SECRET clearance within 15 months. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with relevant experience in defense procurement.
• Experience leading all phases of business capture (RFI/RFPs, proposals, teaming).
• Active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire.
• US citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the full sales process for DoD market sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with DoW customers and partners.
• Support trade shows, conferences, and customer events to drive sales.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM updates.
