Silvus Technologies, a Motorola Solutions subsidiary, seeks a Director of Sales for the Department of War (DoW) to drive DoD program sales and manage the North America team. Remote work may be possible depending on location.

You will own the sales cycle, build key relationships with US DoW customers, and guide bid activities from capture to proposal. The role requires DoD sales experience, active SECRET clearance or ability to obtain, US citizenship, and readiness for significant travel to

Qualifications

• Understanding of Defense procurement and orgs.
• Experience leading capture activities (whitepapers, proposals, RFI/RFP).
• Security clearance: active SECRET or ability to obtain within 15 months.
• U.S. citizen due to government contracts.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the full US DoW sales process aligned with strategy.
• Build and manage relationships with War department stakeholders and partners.
• Participate in trade shows and customer events to drive growth.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast opportunities, and update CRM regularly.
• Travel up to 50% to engage customers and advance goals.
