Bethany Center for Rehabilitation and Healing seeks a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) to lead the dietary department and ensure high-quality nutrition services for residents.

You will oversee daily operations, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and collaboration with the Registered Dietitian, while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Current CDM certification is required.
• At least 2 years of dietary management experience in healthcare settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dietary regulations, sanitation standards, and food service operations.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee the daily operations of the Dietary Department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance at federal, state, local, and facility levels.
• Collaborate with the Registered Dietitian to ensure residents receive proper nutritional care.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and mentor dietary staff.
• Maintain food quality and resident satisfaction with meals and dining services.
• Monitor production, service, and portion control.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and food cost controls.
• Ensure proper storage, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Participate in care plan meetings and maintain documentation.
