Job summary

Affiliated Distributors (AD) invites applications for the Director, Digital Success to lead member value realization across AD eCommerce Solutions in a hybrid Wayne, PA setting. You will guide adoption, engagement, retention, and growth for participating distributors, acting as a trusted advisor to member leaders and organizations.

You will build and develop the Digital Success team, partner with productContent, technology, and field teams, and translate member needs into actionable priorities

Qualifications

• 8+ years in eCommerce, digital strategy, product content, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience leading customer or member relationships and large-scale digital initiatives.
• Strong leadership, project management, relationship management, and change management skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and digital/eCommerce tech preferred.
• Experience with B2B distribution, product content, web development, SEO, or digital commerce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead member success strategy across distributors to maximize value.
• Oversee onboarding, adoption, engagement, retention, and growth.
• Serve as trusted advisor to member leaders on digital capabilities.
• Lead the Digital Success team and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish measures of success and oversee related billing processes.
