Job summary

ADP is seeking a Vice President, Digital Commerce & Growth to lead the B2B digital commerce engine, driving revenue growth, digital strategy and full P&L for the online ordering ecosystem.

Reporting to the CMO, you will shape a click-to-purchase experience, migrate traditional accounts to self-service workflows, and collaborate with product, marketing and IT to deliver consumer-grade digital experiences for enterprise clients.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across digital commerce and growth.
• Proven executive leadership scaling customer acquisition and digital growth.
• Experience building end-to-end digital purchasing experiences.
• Deep expertise in revenue growth, conversion optimization and performance marketing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own digital P&L, revenue, budgets, and monetization for digital channels.
• Drive GTM pricing, packaging and commercialization across SaaS & fintech.
• Scale digital experiences to reduce friction in corporate checkout.
• Lead CRO initiatives using data analytics and UX testing.
• Collaborate with IT/Engineering for ERP/CRM integrations.
• Partner with Field Sales to align ecommerce with account management.
