Job summary

ZEISS seeks a Director of Digital Business Transformation to lead the company’s digital marketing strategy and assets. You will guide SEO, PPC, and content initiatives, directing a team to grow traffic, engagement, and brand reputation across global channels.

You will partner with Product and Channel marketing on launches, leverage cutting-edge digital practices, and drive measurable ROI while staying current with industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years progressive marketing experience, ideally in optical/tech industries.
• Experience with current digital marketing tools, technologies and platforms.
• Experience with a multinational brand and leading a team to deliver on objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develops and drives digital marketing strategy by studying market trends, customers and competition.
• Develops and directs digital analytics strategy (Salesforce content, industry data).
• Directs digital platform strategy including features, integrations and content.
• Oversees integration, deployment and tracking of all digital assets and campaigns.
• Plans and executes web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
• Directs social media presence; collaborates with Product and Channel marketing for launches.
• Measures performance against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimizes spend and focus.
• Plans and measures experiments and conversion tests; improves user experience across channels.
• Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and refreshed web content.
