Job summary

MKS Instruments seeks a results-driven Director of Website & eCommerce to lead global digital customer experience. • 10+ years of experience leading website, eCommerce, digital marketing, or digital customer experience functions, preferably in global B2B or technical environments.
• Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce, digital customer journeys, content strategy, and web performance measurement.
• Experience managing complex website ecosystems, eCommerce platforms, and analytics-driven optimization.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of MKS customer-facing websites and eCommerce experiences globally.
• Drive execution of the One MKS website transformation, improving navigation and content architecture.
• Oversee eCommerce capabilities that support B2B purchasing including order status, shipment tracking, and self-service functionality.
• Manage project priorities, backlog, resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations for timely delivery.
