Job summary

ZEISS Vision in Princeton, NJ seeks a Director of Digital Business Transformation to lead digital marketing strategy, analytics, and platform integrations. You will manage a team, partner with Product and Channel marketing, and drive ROI across web, SEO/SEM, email, social, and display campaigns.

You bring 12+ years in marketing, a BS/BA (MBA preferred), and deep knowledge of optical industry tools and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Business, Economics, Marketing or related field required, and MBA with Marketing emphasis or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive marketing experience.
• Intimate familiarity with Optical industry (Optician/Optical background ideal).
• Specific familiarity & expertise with current digital Marketing tools, technologies and platforms.
• Experience with a multi-national brand, global company preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops & drives digital marketing strategy by studying economic indicators, tracking industry & technology trends, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
• Develops & directs digital business analytics strategy and sources including Salesforce content, industry sources, and 3rd party data
• Develops & directs digital platform strategy including features, integrations, content, 3rd party partners and competitors
• Directs the integration, deployment, and tracking of all of our digital communication assets and associated content.
• Plans & drives execution of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
