Job summary

IDC seeks a visionary VP of Digital Growth to own IDC's global digital presence and performance. You will manage the website, channels, and experiences that generate awareness, capture intent, and convert prospects into pipeline at scale.

You will lead SEO, AEO, paid media, social, and martech, ensuring measurable ROI and alignment with revenue goals. You will build a high-impact Digital and Web team driving IDC's growth in AI-enabled markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of digital marketing experience within enterprise B2B SaaS, AI or Data with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise across web strategy, SEO, and paid media with measurable pipeline/revenue outcomes.
• Strong understanding of AEO, AI-driven search, and how LLMs change enterprise software discovery.
• Proven experience turning a B2B website into a measurable demand generation and conversion channel.
• Experience managing paid media investment against pipeline, CAC, and ROI targets.
• Highly data-driven and analytical with experience linking digital performance to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Own global website as a primary demand generation channel and drive pipeline.
• Develop and execute global digital strategy across web, SEO, paid media, social, and experiences.
• Create a repeatable playbook to integrate acquired companies into IDC's digital strategy.
• Lead SEO strategy across technical SEO, content, and authority building.
• Build AEO strategy for discoverability across AI assistants and evolving search.
• Monitor and adapt to AI-driven changes in buyer behavior and discovery.
• Lead global paid media strategy with measurable CAC targets and revenue impact.
• Drive testing and optimisation across channels to improve conversion and efficiency.
• Collaborate on integrated demand campaigns across paid, organic, email, and web.
• Develop nurture programs to move prospects through the funnel.
