Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance across 30+ digital products. This role manages 6–8 direct reports, drives automation, incident response, DR planning, and vendor relationships with on-call responsibilities.

You will be accountable for vulnerability remediation, SLA/SLO/SLI metrics, and legacy sunsetting, while guiding the team toward AI-enabled improvements and continuous process maturation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with significant professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Application Operations and IT.
• Military experience equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across DSCX.
• Ensure compliance with BISO D&S-wide program and CMMC obligations.
• Own remediation backlog with owners and target dates; manage escalations.
• Lead automation, reduce manual toil, and implement IaC standards.
