Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance for Defense & Systems digital products. You will manage vulnerability remediation, automate toil-reduction, and drive resilience, including on-call and disaster recovery, while coaching a growing team.

In this role you will partner with security, product, and TPMs to standardize processes, own uptime and SLA/SLO/SLI metrics, and guide legacy systems

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 8+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Application Operations and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the DSCX portfolio.
• Lead automation backlog and drive toil reduction.
• Define and enforce SLA, SLO, and SLI definitions and reporting.
