Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio, ensuring security, reliability, and compliance across 30+ digital products. You will build an operations discipline, drive automation, and manage on-call and disaster recovery while coordinating with BISO and security programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in a management/leadership role within IT/DevOps.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Operations and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the DSCX portfolio.
• Improve automation and reduce manual toil; establish and maintain burn-down.
• Define and monitor SLA/SLO/SLI, and lead blameless post-mortems.
• Lead on-call rotations, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Manage vendor relationships and renewals for third-party software.
• Coach and develop the operations team and foster ownership culture.
