Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX portfolio’s reliability, security, and compliance. You will own SLA/SLO/SLI definitions, drive automation, and manage on-call readiness across a diverse application landscape.

You will build an empowered team of engineers, coordinate with BISO on security requirements, and steer legacy sunsetting and AI-enabled modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in production operations for enterprise scale.
• Experience with AWS, security policies, and incident management.
• Evidence of leading a multi-disciplinary ops/infrastructure team.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the DSCX portfolio.
• Own remediation backlog with owners and target dates.
• Lead blameless post-mortems and drive action closure.
