Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead the DSCX operations team. You will own vulnerability remediation, reliability, and lifecycle management across 30+ digital products, leveraging AWS, Palantir Foundry, and ServiceNow.

This leadership role requires building automation, improving incident response, and ensuring CMMC compliance. You will manage on-call rotations, drive post-mortems, and align vendors with SLA-driven outcomes while shaping an architecture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher with required professional experience (8+ years for Bachelor’s, 11+ for Associate, 13+ for High School).
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Application Operations and IT.
Military experience counts as professional experience.

Responsibilities

Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the DSCX portfolio.
Own the remediation backlog with owners and target dates.
Develop automation to reduce manual work and unify incident management.
Lead blameless post-mortems and drive action closure.
Oversee on-call rotations, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
