Job summary

GE Aerospace seeks a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations within the Digital Technology organization to secure and maintain the DSCX portfolio. You will lead a team responsible for vulnerability remediation, reliability, automation, and incident response, with 6–8 direct reports and a focus on blameless post-mortems and continuous improvement.

You will drive operations discipline, AI-enabled enhancements, and align with BISO/CMMC obligations, disaster recovery, and on-call readiness

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in technology roles.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Application Operations and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation across DSCX portfolio and ensure compliance with BISO SLAs.
• Define and report SLA/SLO/SLI for uptime and latency across products.
• Lead automation initiatives and drive toil reduction.
• Oversee on-call rotations and disaster recovery planning.
