Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Director of DevOps, Support, and Operations to lead a teams responsible for vulnerability remediation, reliability, and automation across the DSCX portfolio. The role emphasizes governance, incident management, and AI-enabled improvements within AWS, Palantir Foundry, and ServiceNow environments.

You will manage on-call rotations, disaster recovery, and legacy sunsetting while driving a culture of ownership and continuous improvement across multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience with a suitable degree path, or 11–13 years with lower degrees.
• Minimum 5 years in Application Operations and IT.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across DSCX portfolio.
• Manage remediation backlog with owners and target dates.
• Lead governance for SLA/SLO/SLI definitions and reporting.
• Drive automation to reduce manual operational work.
