Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in IT/Applications Operations or similar field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Application Operations and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own vulnerability remediation and high-priority defects across the DSCX portfolio.
• Lead automation backlog and set infrastructure-as-code standards.
• Own SLA/SLO/SLI definitions and reporting for uptime and latency.
• Lead blameless post-mortems and drive closure of action items.
